Landscapes

These three pictures were my favorite of landscape. The first picture is just simply an image that anyone can enjoy in winter time. Even though the people are blurry, I like that it represents the movement, so much so I can almost picture myself ice skating. In the second one I like how the vines make it an interesting way to look at something so simple as a highway. I also like the lights rushing behind it as well as the architect of the building in the background. The third picture had amazing lighting from white walls that brought character to the photo. I decided to make the photo black and white with high contrast to make it pop even more.

What a blur

Don't really like the exposure or the fact that it turned out a bit blurry. Also there are things in the frame I would rather not have. Overall just kind of boring.

Tenth St.

I really like the exposure on this picture and it actually brings a sort of vibrance to Pittsburgh in this dismal winter.

These pictures were taken by a friend of mine, Colin Gordon. The first picture is the now overgrown Central Terminal in my hometown of Buffalo, NY. It use to be the pride and joy of Buffalo and has now come to ruins, but I like how Colin was able to find beauty in the wreckage. I also posted the second shot because I really enjoy night shots and I think he did a fantastic job with it.

Beginning.

An additional blog I have featuring my photography from my Duquesne Photog class. Enjoy :)
